Representatives of SES of Ukraine attended the "Search and Rescue and Safety" training in Poland

The management and representatives of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine took part in the "Search and Safety" training organised by the Office of Radiological Safety (ORS) and held in Warsaw, Poland.
The aim of this project is to help various countries establish an effective system of protection against radiation hazards. Through training and specialised equipment, the ORS helps to establish the search, removal and safe storage of dangerous radioactive materials that have gone out of control.
The training programme included four days of classroom training and outdoor field exercises.
