Representatives of the SES of Ukraine took part in an international seminar on EU civil protection
A seminar on the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism was recently held in Bonn, Germany, at the initiative of the German Federal Office for Civil Protection and Disaster Relief.
The seminar was attended by 15 representatives of the SES of Ukraine. The event was held within the framework of the international technical assistance project “Strengthening Ukraine's Civil Protection Capacity V”.
The civil protection services of Ukraine and Germany exchanged knowledge and practical experience, as well as gained knowledge from experts from other EU countries.
Participants were told how air modules are used for medical evacuation, and were introduced to the standards of operating procedures and quality requirements in the areas of training, funding and certification of EU Civil Protection Mechanism modules.
