As of 04:12 p.m. as a result of a rocket attack on a nine-storey residential building in the city of Uman, 19 persons died (of them 3 children), 18 persons were injured ( 9 people were hospitalized)
To provide psychological assistance to citizens, 3 psychologists of the State Emergency Service were engaged.
The headquarters for elimination of the consequences of an emergency is working at the scene.
151 personnel and 38 vehicles, in particular 2 cynological crews, of the State Emergency Service have been engaged to the works.
